This website is run by Russell McCann Coaching, trading as Bright Beyond Limited. Bright Beyond Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 06878419, registered office 9 Smith Barry Crescent, Upper Rissington, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England, GL54 2NG. For data protection purposes, Bright Beyond Limited is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. ICO registered.

When you complete an enquiry form, I collect the details you choose to give me: your name, email address, role, organisation and message.

I use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose, to discuss working together. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact me. I don’t use your details for marketing, and I don’t sell or share them with anyone for their own use.

Two service providers handle enquiry data on my behalf: Lovable, which hosts this website and stores form submissions, and Resend, which delivers the notification email to my inbox. Some of this processing may take place outside the UK, including in the United States. Where it does, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

If your enquiry doesn’t lead to working together, I delete it within 24 months. If it does, your details become part of our working relationship and are kept as the terms of that engagement set out.

You have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how I use it, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@russellmccanncoaching.com. I’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your data, please contact me first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
