For each day of facilitation, expect roughly two days of my time to prepare — this includes understanding what's actually going on, what needs to shift and designing the experience around it, making sure what happens in the room translates into how the team operates afterwards.
That's the difference between a day away and a day that changes something worth changing.
I'm based in the Cotswolds and travel to client locations across the UK and internationally.
The offsite venue is arranged by the client but I'll usually have a view on the right kind of environment that the work needs. It matters more than people expect.

For a standard one-day offsite, designed around the focus, the participants, the environment and the outcomes required. A cost estimate is provided upfront.
Longer or residential offsites are priced accordingly. Optional extras, where relevant, can include specific simulations, psychometrics, deeper discovery work in advance, or post-offsite follow-up. Travel and venue costs are additional. Everything is agreed upfront — a strict no-surprises approach.
